Our Story – From Sketches to Timeless Memories The roots of Palkar’s Nikita Photo Studio go deeper than the click of a camera. It all began with the artistic vision of Late Jagannath Shivram Palkar, a talented sketch artist whose ability to capture expressions on paper planted the seed of creativity in the Palkar family. Inspired by this heritage, his son Mr. Sarvesh Jagannath Palkar entered the world of photography over 35 years ago. Starting as a professional wedding photographer and photojournalist, Sarvesh captured thousands of moments that became part of Goan families’ cherished memories. In 1996, his dedication and passion led to the founding of Palkar’s Nikita Photo Studio in Mardol, Ponda, Goa.
