Digital Delivery Policy

IPD Gallery and FaceFind plans are digital services. No physical product is shipped and no postal or courier delivery applies.

1. How access is delivered

After a free entitlement is validly claimed or a paid transaction is verified, the relevant event entitlement is activated inside the signed-in IPD professional dashboard. The event plan controls the photo limit, enabled features and validity period.

2. Activation timing

Paid access is designed to activate shortly after payment confirmation. A delayed webhook, payment-provider review, network error or reconciliation issue may occasionally delay activation. If a successful payment is not reflected in the dashboard, contact IPD support with the payment reference.

3. Event validity

The lifetime free event is valid for 15 days and supports up to 1,000 photos. Paid event plans are currently designed for 30-day validity with the photo and feature limits shown on the Gallery pricing page.

4. Customer responsibility

The account holder is responsible for uploading permitted content, maintaining access to the registered IPD account, and sharing gallery or guest links appropriately. Browser-compressed gallery copies may be stored online while original full-resolution files remain with the photographer unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.

5. No physical shipping

Because these are online software services, shipping charges, shipping destinations, dispatch dates and physical delivery tracking do not apply.
